BrekOut Hub may collect approximate or precise location data from your device when you use location-enabled features of the Platform, such as discovering local sports businesses, events, or athletes in your area.

We collect location data only when you grant permission through your device settings. You may disable location access at any time through your device’s location settings, though doing so may limit certain features of the Platform.

Location data is used solely to deliver location-relevant content and features within BrekOut Hub. We do not sell or share your precise location with third parties for advertising purposes.

• Display athlete and business profiles

• Process payments securely via Stripe

3. Payment Processing
All payments on BrekOut Hub are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. BrekOut Hub does not store or directly handle full credit card information. Stripe’s privacy practices govern payment data processing.

4. Profile Visibility
To facilitate networking, athlete exposure, and recruiting opportunities, certain profile information is publicly visible to all users of the Platform, including visitors who are not logged in.
Publicly visible information includes:
• Athlete first and last name
• Photos and videos uploaded to an athlete’s profile by a parent or guardian

All other profile information — including email address, phone number, school, and contact details — is not publicly visible and is accessible only to the account holder and authorized BrekOut Hub personnel.

Users (or parents/guardians on behalf of minors) are responsible for the content they choose to upload. We encourage all users to be thoughtful about the media they share publicly on behalf of youth athletes.

5. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no online platform can guarantee complete security.

6. Children’s Privacy & COPPA Compliance

BrekOut Hub is a platform designed to serve youth athletes, including users under the age of 13. We take the privacy of minors seriously and comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable state and federal laws governing children’s data.

Users Under 13
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental or guardian consent. If a user is under 13, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to this Privacy Policy on the child’s behalf before creating an account or athlete profile.

By creating an account for a child under 13, the parent or guardian expressly consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of the child’s information as described in this Privacy Policy.

What information minors’ accounts may include:
• First and last name (publicly visible on the Platform)
• Sport, school, and athletic achievement information
• Photos and videos uploaded by a parent or guardian (publicly visible on the Platform)
• Email address and contact information (not publicly visible)

Parental Rights
Parents and guardians may at any time:
• Review the personal information we have collected about their child
• Request correction or deletion of their child’s information
• Withdraw consent and request account closure

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.
